NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A free public festival will take place on September 26, featuring six artists who will create large-scale, unique murals around Building 64 in the Navy Yard, celebrating public art and community.

From September 24-27, six artists from across the country and one from Canada will transform the inside and outside of Building 64 into a mural exhibition.

On September 26, visitors can experience the MELT Mural Festival and watch artists bring their creative visions to life.

• Interactive art activations for kids and adults
• A bar and restrooms
• Creative experiences throughout Building 64

The event will take place on Saturday, September 26, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Building 64, located at 2301 Noisette Boulevard, North Charleston.
