The beacon & storehouse nine
This former Navy Hospital was erected on Rivers Avenue as the tallest tower in Charleston in 1972. Navy Yard Charleston takes pride in crafting new housing from old structures and putting new use to character-rich buildings. The Beacon will offer inspired apartments and ground floor retail experiences.
Live in one of the original historic Naval Base storehouses. Currently undergoing extensive restoration, this four-story brick heirloom will be repurposed from a turn of the century storehouse into 78 boutique apartments, including a handful of ground floor retail/office/workshop studios and rooftop restaurant.
